Terms and policies
We accept exchanges on bed-linen items and pajamas within 7 days from the date of delivery.
We accept returns on bed-linen items and pajamas within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Items must be returned in unused, unwashed condition, with all original tags, packaging and labels intact.
Items marked as Final Sale, Clearance, Personalised, or made-to-order are not eligible for return or exchange.
If you’d prefer an exchange (e.g., different size, colour), once we receive and inspect the original item we will ship the replacement item.
Shipping costs for the exchange may be covered by us (for valid defect/incorrect items) or by you (for size/colour preference).
Should you receive an item that is defective, damaged or not as described, please notify us within 3 days of delivery and provide photographic evidence.
In such cases, we will bear the shipping cost for return, and will arrange for a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost to you.
We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item appears used, washed, damaged (beyond manufacturing defect) or missing original packaging.
